Does your equipment have a warranty?
Yes! We back all of our equipment with an unmatched full 5-year warranty.
How do I view the cameras on my phone?
At the time of installation, our technicians will help install the mobile apps needed to view your cameras remotely. If your internet setting have changed, or need assistance with a new phone, our tech support can help get your apps connected again.
How do I test my alarm without creating a call to the police?
We can assist with putting your account in TEST mode with our central station. From there, you can arm the security system and set it off to make sure it is working properly. We encourage you to test your alarm system regularly.
Can I access my alarm system from my phone?
Yes, with Resideo’s Total Connect 2.0 app, you can arm and disarm the security system from your mobile phone. Multiple sites can also connect to one login, making it convenient to have oversight of different locations.
